For members and joining I've split our list into two groups. The group that you'll find on the members tab are charr that have backgrounds that have been accepted by me/Karra and are either already approved on the forums or waiting to be posted in pending.
In the joining thread you'll find that I've moved around the rules though more in a clarifying fashion than additive. The second group of members you'll find listed at the bottom as "Pending" members. These are more or less names that are reserved by interested parties and they do not have biographies that they've run by me.
On another note, I'd like this blog to be a way to get y'alls opinions on various things in the future.
Please also to remember to respond to the note that I've sent you on the forums!

You are all in PENDING on the blog. Contact me this weekend so we can chat through Skype, Mumble, Vent, or Steam. I need you to run your biographies through me! Once you're done with that, you're free to post them on the Pending area of the forums and then hand me your 5-10 sentence description. If you do not get in contact with me a week from this PM, I am opening your surname to others who wish to join.
If have gotten this message and you no longer wish to join the warband, LET ME KNOW IMMEDIATELY! So I can open up your character's surname and spot on the original band(if applicable) to other people who are interested in joining.
