If you're interested in joining the ranks of the Scar Warband and you want don't want to take Barar as your character, there are a few rules you'll need to be aware of. Also please note that warband events happen only in-game and the bulk of the group is in the US and therefore runs on US timezones. Anything done on the forums is strictly Cartel related.
- Surnames have "scar" at the end.
- Members can only be the following professions: Warrior, Thief, Engineer, and Ranger.
- The Scar Warband is Blood Legion.
- Your character must be traditional on views of magic, charr society, and faith or leaning in that direction.
- Be 31-33 years of age.
- Have a biography that follows warband cannon and is approved by me. Please review the History and Lore pages here.
If and when we are full on original bandmates, your charr can still join the warband as a new member. However, again you must follow a few additional things...
- Your character's surname must change ICly.
- Your charr must give a convincing reason as to why Karra would accept your charr. She generally looks for those who show exceptional loyalty, honor, and valor (which are the three principles the warband follows).
- The character must be 21+ years of age at the time of joining the warband. This means that they could have joined four years ago and are now 25+.
SUPER IMPORTANT
If you are making your character from scratch in-game, I highly suggest running the name by me before you do.

If you find your name here, you have presented the name to me, but do not have an approved biography from me. You have two weeks from the date you were interested before your surname will become available for another to use. Be aware that this means you cannot RP a character in the forums with a surname ending in scar.
